Katsuya NYC combines innovative interpretations of traditional sushi and inventive cocktails. Executive Chef Katsuya Uechi is regarded as one of the pioneers of Japanese cuisine and the menu reflects this praise. The stunning restaurant’s sushi menu is filled with ocean-fresh fish, served with unique ingredients, made with masterful technique to provide the ultimate dining experience inside their 400 person dining room or outdoors on their rooftop patio. Katsuya’s menu also includes sashimi and raw starters, hot dishes and robata, along with Chef Katsuya’s signature Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice. Katsuya, which is brought to you by Disruptive Restaurant Group from sbe, has locations in the Bahamas, Hollywood, L.A., Brentwood and South Beach with Manhattan West being its only NYC location.

Casa Dani, which translates to Dani's House, takes its name from the idea behind southern Spain's naming of small family restaurants as if they were the Chef's home. When you walk through the doors of Casa Dani, you’re walking into Chef Dani Garcia’s home to discover avant-garde cuisine and a menu featuring items inspired by Spain's Mediterranean south. Chef Dani is one of Spain's most internationally renowned chefs, having achieved 3 Michelin stars and the Bib Gourmand in 2015. Garcia's culinary style mixes iconoclastic flavors, textures, and even temperatures without losing sight of his Andalusian culinary roots and the philosophy that fine dining can be fresh, fun, and an intimate experience.
Hidden leaf

Hidden Leaf is the newest restaurant concept from Brooklyn restaurateur Josh Cohen (Chez Ma Tante, Lilia, Saint Vitus) and Midnight Theatre partner Warren Adcock. The beautiful restaurant is tucked inside the exciting, new entertainment venue Midnight Theatre, which will launch with a variety of talent and shows later this fall. Chef Chai Trivedi (Pranna, Tamarind, Buddakan, Eventi Hotel) draws inspiration from southern China, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam to create a shareable pan-Asian dining adventure. The team also includes internationally renowned bartender Iain Griffiths, co-founder of the wildly acclaimed & influential Dandelyan & White Lyan bars in London. Griffiths will be making his first permanent foray into the NYC drinks scene with the opening of Hidden Leaf’s cocktail bar and its street level companion, an intimate aperitivo bar Midnight Cafe.
