18 Rainbows? Hell Yes! Pride Bites in New York

June is Pride month, as well as the historic holiday Juneteenth, reminding us that Pride is just an extension of the Black History Month. Here are 18 whopping spots to eat tasty rainbow themed foods, many of which give back to the community or charities. What's better than eating a rainbow, feeling good, and doing good for the world?

@beyondsushinyc Restaurateur Tali Vaknin (@talivaknin) is the force behind the well-known vegan/kosher independently owned chain Beyond Sushi, which has five NYC locations and has garnered widespread support for their innovative take on sushi among other signature dishes.  A portion of all sales from this roll benefit Support + Feed, which serves vegan meals to amazing organizations like the LGBTQ center.

Texas style hand made kolaches in pride colors are back in season and 100% of all proceeds are donated to The Ali Forney Center the nation's largest non-profit providing shelter and healthcare services to LGBTQ youth experiencing homelessness in New York City.


With a carefully curated menu, Chef Jason Hall adds his own unique twist on classic French-Mediterranean cuisine of the coastal cuisine of Southern France, with inspirations from Italy, Spain, and Greece. The indoor setting of high ceilings and a church like ambiance also have chefs bring your meal to life in an open-hearth kitchen, while you sip on a cocktail. An outdoor area with lush ambiance is also available. $1 from this pride themed dessert sold will support local charities supporting LGBTQ+ youth.

Collaborating with Black Tap to create the Pride Donut Crazyshake: a vanilla rainbow shake features a vanilla frosted rim with rainbow sour gummies, topped with a a rainbow donut, rainbow twisty pop, sour rainbow belt, rainbow sprinkles and whipped cream! For every shake purchased, we will be donating a portion of the proceeds to The Center, where everybody is celebrated for who they are.

Manhattan's iconic Italian Restaurant & staple nightclub located in midtown Manhattan takes a break from its signature 20 layer cake for pretty party-goers and offers a pride themed multiple layer cake with interactive crushable ice cream up top. $1 from this pride themed dessert sold will support local charities supporting LGBTQ+ youth.

Magic Hour
It's all year rooftop season going strong throughout New York! This seasonally themed rooftop bar at the Moxy Time Square can easily transform from Barbie pink neon pink log walls, faux pink taxidermy, and more ski themed items to floral spaces for spring and summer. $1 from this pride themed dessert - a rainbow cookie - sold will support local charities supporting LGBTQ+ youth.

The cute french bakery will ensure you can fill up naked cake special, a delicious vanilla rainbow cake made with French culinary style. Available in 6” for $50, serves 6-10 people to order.

Stop adulting for a while and become a kid again, with these cereal milk flavored ice creams topped with rainbows and charms cereal.

Mister Dips
Mister Dips was born in 2016 within a retrofitted 1974 Airstream trailer serving griddled burgers, waffle fries, seasonal Dairy Dips and more at The William Vale in Brooklyn. The monthly Pride n' True cone is cake batter, vanilla custard, all the colors of the rainbow. Proceeds from the sale of each sale will support The Trevor Project: The leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ youth.
